Turned Edge trays are specifically designed with the sole purpose of making the edge of the flange tear resistant to the overwrap / stretch wrap film. A direct replacement for Styrofoam trays, they are the perfect 100% recyclable option and are available in crystal clear PET and in PP for colored.

VSP trays are used in conjunction with a skin lidding film where the film follows the contours of the product via vacuuming to create a 3D presentation. A major advantage of this format is that it provides extended shelf-life over and above MAP applications (especially for red meat). The 3D presentation of the product in a VSP application can present a more upscale appearance than a traditional top seal tray. Also available in a convenient easy peel option, pre-formed trays and roll stock.
